 Adieu : Officially closing chapter of First Phase 

                 The 15th of October marked the official conclusion of our first phase of teaching practice—a significant milestone in my journey as an aspiring teacher. This experience has been transformative, refining my teaching skills and building my confidence. Reflecting on the initial days, I never imagined I would progress this far. Each day brought new challenges and opportunities for growth. I experimented with various classroom management strategies, striving to address the diverse learning needs of students by integrating innovative teaching aids.

               As part of the internship, I engaged in a wide range of activities, including classroom instruction, yoga sessions, administering achievement and diagnostic tests, and organizing academic events such as a conscientization program, school-based activities, and association programs. I also contributed to practical and practicum assignments for general papers and took part in mid-term examination supervision. These 45 days offered a comprehensive understanding of the joys and challenges of being a teacher, leaving me with valuable insights and a deeper appreciation for the profession.

In the eighth week of my school experience, Iwas busy preparing the question paper for the upcoming achievement test and organizing my observation class. On Monday, the school PTA meeting was held during the afternoon session, so I didn’t have any classes that day.  The school conducted Gandhi Jayanti-related programs, including elocution and poster-making, on Tuesday in lieu of being closed on Wednesday.Additionally, "Sevanavaram" ( a long week celebration) was conducted in observance of the occasion. Posters prepared by the students    On Thursday, we had our physical education observation. We started with a group yoga session, with Aparna and me leading a warm-up activity. FINAL WEEK

            This week has been a whirlwind of milestones and action, marked by growth, reflection, and dedication. Yesterday, I officially concluded Teaching Practice Phase 2, a significant step forward that brought a sense of accomplishment and introspection. This journey has been a transformative experience—not just for my students but for me as well.               Adding to the intensity of the week was my supervision duty for the lead assessment exam. Ensuring fairness and smooth execution required constant focus and tested my patience and attention to detail. It was a day of vigilance and responsibility, contributing to the overall sense of urgency that defined the week. Balancing these challenges while maintaining my focus on the broader goals made the week both exhausting and rewarding.
