        On October 23, 2024, the Women's Cell Bahumukhi ,NSS Training College Pandalam organized a career awareness workshop for the students. The workshop featured a guest speaker, Rajeesh V R, a career counselor from the Kerala University Employment Information and Guidance Bureau. He began the workshop by giving an overview of the importance of career planning. He discussed the various factors to consider when choosing a career, such as interests, skills, and values. The workshop began with Mr. Rajeesh giving an introduction to the concept of career and career awareness. He explained the difference between skill and aptitude, and discussed the importance of identifying one's areas of interest and strengths.   Adieu : Officially closing chapter of First Phase                     The 15th of October marked the official conclusion of our first phase of teaching practice—a significant milestone in my journey as an aspiring teacher. This experience has been transformative, refining my teaching skills and building my confidence. Reflecting on the initial days, I never imagined I would progress this far. Each day brought new challenges and opportunities for growth. Weekly Teaching Practice Report          [07/10/2024- 11/10/2024] "A teacher is like a candle - it consumes itself to light the way for others."      It was a packed week. Monday, October 7th, began with a morning assembly conducted by the students of Class X B. Over the next two days, I completed the lesson The Village Blacksmith along with its activities. On the same Monday, I conducted the Achievement Test, assessing three chapters: Dreams Realised, The Toilet, and Success. Later in the week, on Thursday, October 10th, I administered a Diagnostic Test covering Grammar and Vocabulary. Additionally, we were assigned an extra English class for Grade VII, further increasing our workload. In the eighth week of my school experience, Iwas busy preparing the question paper for the upcoming achievement test and organizing my observation class. On Monday, the school PTA meeting was held during the afternoon session, so I didn’t have any classes that day.  The school conducted Gandhi Jayanti-related programs, including elocution and poster-making, on Tuesday in lieu of being closed on Wednesday.Additionally, "Sevanavaram" ( a long week celebration) was conducted in observance of the occasion. Posters prepared by the students    On Thursday, we had our physical education observation. We started with a group yoga session, with Aparna and me leading a warm-up activity. Vinod Sir later came to observe our teaching sessions. I introduced the topic of "Stress," beginning with a video on its importance, followed by a chart illustrating tips for managing stress.
