WEEKLY ROUNDUP 6

This past week has been extremely difficult because of the abrupt mass absence of teachers, which completely disrupted our daily schedule. Every minute of the seemingly long substitution hours felt like a race against the clock. Amid the confusion, I had to balance remedial lessons for the 9th standard back students, putting in endless effort to assist them make up lost ground and regain their self-esteem. In addition, we had midday meal duty, which was just one more burden on an already full plate. We administered the accomplishment test, a crucial chance to evaluate our kids' development, on Monday, January 20th. On Friday, January 24th, a few days later, we immediately got started on the diagnostic exam, concentrating on determining their learning gaps and coming up with solutions.
