 Teaching practice

(19/08/24 - 23/08/24)

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." —Nelson Mandela

This week began with the final paragraph of "A Shipwrecked Sailor." I started by summarizing the previous section before diving into the last part of the chapter. After completing the lesson, I guided the students through a recitation of the chapter to enhance their pronunciation and reading skills.

Our school had a proud moment as we participated in the sub-district sports meet and emerged as champions in the junior football category.

CHAMPIONS... Proving that hard work pays off!

During the morning assembly on 22nd August 2024, the principal shared his joy over the school’s achievements and congratulated all the students who participated in the sports meet.

"Winning isn't everything, but it sure feels good!"

Adding to the celebrations, Shihad Shiju of Class 9 secured first prize in the essay writing competition organized by the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan – Clean India Mission. It was truly a double delight for the school!

Additionally, the investiture ceremony for the newly elected school parliament members was conducted this week.

In the last two days of the week, we were assigned to implement the E-cube English Program developed by Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE). This initiative aims to promote language proficiency in government and aided schools across Kerala.
